Security Clearance Psychological Evaluations

We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for professionals who hold, are seeking, or are reapplying for a security clearance. These evaluations assess reliability, judgment, emotional stability, and overall psychological fitness to address and resolve adjudicative concerns that threaten clearance eligibility.

Our security clearance psychological evaluations are conducted by licensed psychologists with experience working in cleared settings and evaluating civilian, military, and contracted personnel. Our psychologists understand federal adjudicative guidelines and security clearance processes, so we know what adjudicators and administrative judges look for in evaluations and reports. This means each of our psychological evaluations includes a detailed clinical interview, objective psychological testing, and a clear, professionally written report suitable for submission to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), intelligence agencies (e.g., FBI, CIA, NSA), the Department of Energy (DOE), or other federal agencies.

Our goal is to help you present an accurate, evidence-based picture of your psychological health and security clearance suitability so that adjudicators can make confident, informed decisions regarding your clearance eligibility.

Mitigation Coaching for Cleared Professionals

We provide structured, verifiable coaching for individuals facing clearance concerns or denials. Mitigation coaching helps you take measurable steps to address behavioral, financial, or psychological factors that may have raised questions about reliability, trustworthiness, or judgment.

Our programs include one-on-one coaching sessions, progress documentation, and coordination with relevant professionals or agencies when needed. If you’re confronted with a concern about your personal conduct (Guideline E), sign up for our Character Building and Ethical Decision-Making course. If the government is concerned about your financial stability (Guideline F), talk with us about our behaviorally based Recovering Financial Responsibility & Stability course. Other coaching courses address alcohol and substance use (Guidelines G & H), legal conduct (Guidelines J), and sexual behavior (Guideline D).

Our mitigation coaching is designed to help you demonstrate genuine insight, responsible change, and documented progress—providing adjudicators with credible evidence that past concerns have been effectively resolved.
